Katherine has been with Wooster Corthell since 2012; having graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2011 with a double major in Government and Psychology. She discovered her passion for client service after joining Wooster Corthell’s Operations Department. She earned her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional FPQPTM (FPQPTM) designation in 2014. She went on to earn her Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) designation in 2019.

Katherine’s optimism and work ethic in overseeing Wooster Corthell’s Operations Department is rooted in wanting our clients’ experience to be met with patience and understanding. As head of our Human Resources, Katherine often gives guidance to employees when they seek her out. Due to her work ethic, compassion and sincerity, Katherine has been serving as Chief Operating Officer since 2022.

In her spare time, Katherine enjoys being outside with her husband Dan and their two children. When they are not enjoying the great outdoors, you can find her immersed with emotion at the theater.
